First off let me say I am not privy to all the info, BUT Chuck has stated since the end of last year, that if you were a customer last year and lost he would continue to give you his service until you made your money back and then some. He always owned up to the fact that he had a terrible season last year, never shyed away from the truth and yet continues to get bashed by the same people. All this while the guy has had an incredible season. I was a customer of Chuck's last year and I did lose a ton, he never promised me a refund and I never asked for one. I have called him at a few times this year and he has given me his plays no questions asked. I have not made all my money back, but that is becasue I have not called Chuck on a consistent basis, maybe 5 times all year, BUT he has been a straight shooter with me from day one and I have nothing but praise for his season this year.
